No. 5 Georgia baseball vs. Missouri TV, schedule and prediction

The No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs baseball team maintain their stop atop the SEC standings. Georgia hosts the SEC bottom-dweller Missouri Tigers in a three-game series at Foley Field from Friday, May 1 to Sunday, May 3.

Georgia is coming off an 11-1 run-rule win over the Troy Trojans on Tuesday. Georgia is 35-11 this season including 15-6 in SEC play. The Bulldogs have only lost one SEC series this year, but it did come at home. Still, the Bulldogs are an impressive 25-7 at the friendly confines of Foley Field. Last week, Georgia won a road series against the No. 18 Ole Miss Rebels.

Georgia hosts a Missouri team that is just 4-17 in SEC play. The Tigers are 21-23, but did manage to take a game off No. 22 Arkansas in their latest series. Georgia can’t let Missouri win a game this series for the Bulldogs to keep their 1/2 game lead over the Texas A&M Aggies in the SEC standings.

We predict that Georgia will sweep Missouri. Anything less than a sweep would be a bit disappointing for this Georgia team.
