The Pittsburgh Steelers have been patiently waiting for quarterback Aaron Rodgers to show up and according to one report, that wait might be over. According to former NFL player Dorin Dickerson and fellow Pittsburgh radio host Adam Crowley, Rosters is coming to Pittsburgh on Thursday and is expected to sign this weekend.
Pittsburgh gave Rodgers the rare URFA tender last week, which was essentially an insurance policy for the team, should he sign elsewhere. It also guarantees Rodgers a raise over his 2025 salary that would pay him something in the $15 million range for 2026. There had been speculation about Rodgers possibly signing with the Arizona Cardinals but it sounds like he’s ready to run it back with the Steelers.

Rodgers led the Steelers to an AFC North crown last season but failed to get the team over the hump and win a playoff game. The Steelers have reloaded on offense, giving the passing game a fighting chance after adding veteran Michael Pittman Jr. and drafting Germie Bernard.
