The Nebraska softball team won several Big Ten awards on Friday. Jordy Frahm was Pitcher of the Year, Alexis Jensen was Freshman of the Year and manager Rhonda Revelle was named Coach of the Year.

Frahm was Big Ten Pitcher of the Year for the second straight season. She has a 17-4 record with a 1.25 ERA and 10 saves.

Jensen was Big Ten Freshman of the Year and is the first Husker to win the award since Ava Bredwell in 2022. The pitcher is 21-2 with a 2.72 ERA in 128 2/3 innings pitched.

Revelle was named the Big Ten Coach of the Year after leading the Huskers to a 43-6 regular season. This is Revelle’s fifth conference coach of the year award and second in the Big Ten.

In addition to the individual award winners, the Huskers had six athletes represented on All-Big Ten teams. Frahm was named to the first team. Jensen, Samantha Bland, Hannah Coor, Kacie Hoffmann and Ava Kuszak were second-team All-Big Ten members.
