DR Congo announced its World Cup squad on Monday, with the African side set to compete in Group K.
Coach Sébastien Desabre has called up 26 players, including several familiar names. In defence, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Axel Tuanzebe, both former Manchester United players, are in the final list. Gael Kakuta, formerly of Chelsea, and Yoane Wissa, who has endured an injury-hit season at Newcastle, are also included.
The African side will begin their World Cup campaign against Portugal on 17 June. Group K also includes Colombia and Uzbekistan.
