The Oklahoma City Thunder suffered a heartbreaker in a 122-115 double-overtime Game 1 loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Monday. They fall behind a 1-0 series deficit in the 2026 Western Conference Finals.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander struggled with 24 points and 12 assists. Jalen Williams returned from a month-long absence with 26 points and seven rebounds. Alex Caruso did enough to get a win with an unreal 31 points off the bench.
Meanwhile, Victor Wembanyama looked like the best player in the world with 41 points and 24 rebounds. Dylan Harper stepped up with 24 points and 11 rebounds. Stephon Castle had 17 points and 11 assists.
