May 20—Overnight rain Tuesday, May 19 continuing into the following morning has caused several postponements and rescheduling of baseball and softball tournament contests scheduled for Wednesday, May 20 and Thursday, May 21.
As of 4 p.m., all baseball and softball tournament games involving Miami Valley teams scheduled for Wednesday have been postponed.
Here is a list of known changes to the schedule:

All game times are believed to be 5 p.m. unless noted.) — Lebanon vs. Springboro softball in the D-I district final has been moved to Thursday, May 21. The game location has changed from Middletown to Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy’s Lindner Family Stadium Complex. — Hamilton vs. Oak Hills softball in the D-I district final has been moved to Thursday, May 21, at 2:30 p.m. — Shawnee vs. Reading softball in the D-V district final has been moved to Friday May 22, at 4:30 p.m. — Miami East vs. Georgetown softball in the D-V district final has been moved to Thursday, May 21, at 3 p.m. — Greenville vs. Sidney softball in the D-III district final on Thursday, May 21, has been moved forward to a 12 p.m. start at National Trail High School. — Bellbrook at Piqua softball had its D-III district semifinal game suspended in the 6th inning on Tuesday, May 19. Its resumption has been moved to Thursday, May 21, at 3:30 p.m. at Edgewood High School. The score was Piqua 6, Bellbrook 1. After its conclusion, the winner will immediately play Western Brown in a district final game at 5 p.m. at the same location. — Carlisle vs. Clinton-Massie softball in the D-IV district final on Thursday, May 21, will now be played at Versailles High School instead of Trotwood High School. — Anna at Arcanum softball had its D-V district semifinal game suspended in the 6th inning on Tuesday, May 19. Its resumption has been moved to Thursday, May 21, at 5:30 p.m. The score was Arcanum 4, Anna 2. — National Trail at Tri-County North softball had its D-VI district semifinal game suspended in the 7th inning on Tuesday, May 19. Its resumption has been moved to Thursday, May 21, at 3 p.m. The score was tied at 5 with National Trail batting. The winner will play Fayetteville Perry in a district final game that has now been moved to Friday, May 22, at Ross High School. — West Liberty-Salem at Tri-Village softball had its D-VI district semifinal game suspended in the 3rd inning on Tuesday, May 19. Its resumption has been moved to Thursday, May 21. The score was Tri-Village 6, West Liberty-Salem 1. — Northeastern at Houston softball had its D-VI district semifinal game suspended in the 3rd inning on Tuesday, May 19. Its resumption has been moved to Thursday, May 21.
