WATERTOWN — After last week’s rainout, the 2026 racing season here continued with the 11th Casino Speedway Memorial on Sunday, May 24, 2026.
Six drivers won feature races during the program, including Gen X late model driver Bodie Croninger of Watertown.
Other feature winners were brothers Landyn Randt (Midwest modifieds) and Levi Randt (street stocks) of Siren, WI; Chad Becker of Aberdeen (late models), Tyler Peterson of Hickson, ND (modifieds) and Dylan Tirrel of White (hornets).
It was the first feature win of the season for each of Sunday’s feature winners.
Sunday’s heat winners included Jason Marko of Watertown and Jodie Michaelsohn of Aberdeen, street stocks; Todd Stark of Watertown and Scott Hansen of Garden City, Midwest modifieds; Blake Swenson and Trevor Walsh of Watertown, Gen X late models; Peterson, modifieds; Thomas Weisgram of Northville and Chad Williamson of Watertown, late models; and Tyler Hovitek of Watertown and Tirrel, hornets.
A total of 82 cars were on hand for the program, including 17 Gen X late models, 15 hornets, 14 street stocks, 14 Midwest modifieds, 14 late models and eight modifieds.
Racing is set to resume on Sunday, May 31 with another weekly program scheduled for 5 p.m. It will feature all six regular classes along with Scott’s Gen X late models.

Dakota State Fair Speedway
HURON — Area drivers Trevor Nelson of Warner and Chad Becker of Aberdeen each won feature races during the racing program on Saturday, May 23.
Nelson won his second super stocks feature of the season at DSFS. Becker won his first late model feature.
Other feature winners were Levi Randt of Siren, WI (street stocks) and Jake Wranek of Sioux Falls (Midwest modifieds).
Area drivers who won heat races included Dave Brooker of Tulare, street stocks; Scott Hansen of Garden City, Midwest modifieds; Nelson, super stocks; and Aberdeen drivers Josh Skorczewski and Mike Stearns, late models.
Another weekly program is scheduled for Saturday, May 30 at 7 p.m.
Brown County Speedway
ABDERDEEN — The racing program scheduled for Friday, May 22 was rained out.
Another weekly program is scheduled for Friday, May 29 at 7 p.m.
Fiesta City Speedway
MONTEVIDEO, MN — The racing program scheduled for Friday, May 22 was rained out.
A doubleheader, featuring the Wissota Late Model Challenge Series, is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, June 5-6 at 7 p.m. each night.
I-94 Speedway
FERGUS FALLS, MN — The racing program scheduled for Friday, May 22 was rained out.
Another weekly program is scheduled for Friday, May 29 at 7 p.m.
Madison Speedway
MADISON, MN — The 2026 season at Madison Speedway was scheduled to open on Memorial Day (Monday, May 25).
Another weekly program is scheduled for Saturday, May 30 at 6 p.m.
