Here’s every car given out to winners of the Charles Schwab Challenge

On top of a healthy paycheck, the Charles Schwab Challenge offers something far more eye-catching: a custom-designed vehicle parked in plain sight all week at Colonial Country Club.

Positioned just off the 10th tee, it becomes an irresistible temptation — players passing by after making the turn can’t help but steal a glance, a gleaming reminder of what awaits the week’s winner.

The tradition started in 2019 and here’s a look at all the vehicles that have been given away:

2019 (Kevin Na): 1973 Dodge Challenger

When Kevin Na won the 2019 Charles Schwab Challenge, in addition to the trophy and an oversized first-place check, he was awarded a fully-restored and rebuilt 1973 Dodge Challenger. Na later gave the hot rod to his caddie Kenny Harms.

The car was a complement to the iconic Leonard Trophy and Scottish tartan plaid jacket. The Challenger prize was also a first for the tournament and was designed to celebrate the year Schwab was founded, the challenging nature of the course at Colonial and the challenging spirit of the event and its players.

2021 (Jason Kokrak): 1946 Schwab Power Wagon

In 2021, tournament organizers gave away a customized 1946 Schwab Power Wagon. It was a custom build by Legacy Classic Trucks and showed off its some striking features, like Schwab-branded brightwork and a Colonial-inspired interior. The Power Wagon is a complete “resto-mod,” meaning it looks like an old truck and drives like a new one. A vehicle from 1946 was chosen to commemorate the 75th year of the tournament.

Jason Kokrak earned the keys to this rig after tracking down Jordan Spieth in the final round.

2022 (Sam Burns): 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am

In 2022, Sam Burns earned his third victory of the season and in the process ousted good buddy Scottie Scheffler after dropping an incredible, winding 38-foot putt from off the green on the first playoff hole.

Burns earned $1,512,000 for the win but also the keys to a fully restored and modernized 1979 Firebird Trans Am with the word Schwab inscribed in multiple places, including throughout the interior.

2023 (Emiliano Grillo): 1973 Schwab Bronco

In 2023, tournament organizers offered up a fully restored and modernized 1973 Schwab Bronco. The outfit that handled the restoration is Classic Ford Broncos of Powell, Ohio. While the engine was completely overhauled, the interior was finished to match the jacket given to winners at the event. Emiliano Grillo was the lucky winner of this prize.

2024 (Davis Riley): 1975 Schwab Corvette Stingray

Davis Riley rode off with this Stingray, which was customized by County Corvette out of West Chester, Pa.. The 1975 Schwab Stingray was fully restored, modernized and loaded with cutting-edge technology.

2025 (Ben Griffin): Chevy-powered Defender

The souped-up Chevy-powered Defender came complete with L.L. Bean fly rods and custom mounts. Ben Griffin rode off with the vehicle after he sank a nervy 4-foot putt at the last hole to close in 1-over 71, and claim the title by one stroke over Matti Schmid.

2026 (TBD): 1982 Schwab Jeep Scrambler

The 1982 Scrambler celebrates a pivotal milestone for investors as the year Schwab introduced the 24/7 order entry and quote service to the industry and provided Schwab’s clients with round-the-clock access to the markets. To commemorate this, the champion of the Charles Schwab Challenge tournament will be awarded a hand-built 1982 Schwab Scrambler.
