The 6-foot-1 center displayed scoring prowess and playmaking ability as a passer as the Warriors disrupted ‘Iolani’s state-title run by capturing the state crown in 2025 and ’26. Dunn was voted by coaches and media to Star-Advertiser All-State player of the year honors as a junior and senior.
Last winter, she averaged 19 points and 11 rebounds per game.
“My favorite memory is first winning the first girls basketball state championship in 13 years back in the ‘24-‘25 season and then doing it again this past year,” Dunn said.
“Before my freshman year, basketball was never something I took seriously. When I realized soccer was no longer what I wanted, I turned to basketball just for fun, but somewhere along the way I fell in love with the game and everything it had to offer.
Every day, she and her younger brothers work out.
“Words cannot express how grateful I am to be inducted into the Hall of Honor. To even stand alongside so many accomplished athletes is a great achievement in itself. None of this would have been possible without the people who stood behind me every step of the way,” she said. “My parents, brothers and sister, coaches, teammates, trainers, and everyone else who believed in me, challenged me, and helped shape me into not only the player I am today, but the person I am becoming.”
Dunn will play at Portland State.
