The World Cup may be at the centre of all things football this summer, but domestic pre-season will come around quickly.
And that means one thing – fixture release day is almost here.
Arsenal will go into the new 2026/27 campaign as reigning champions, the first time they will have that title in 22 years.
The Gunners will hope for a strong start to their defence, while rivals Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United should contend.
Among the familiar sides in the top-flight again this year, there are some new faces, with Coventry, Ipswich and Hull promoted.
Those three teams will be eager to find out their fate for the campaign, hoping for some favourable fixtures to settle in.
Here’s when all 20 clubs will receive their schedules…
Premier League fixtures release date
Fixtures for the 2026/27 season will be revealed on Friday, June 19.
The release is scheduled to take place at 10am.
The opening day of action will then be on Saturday, August 22, which is a week later than the start of the last campaign.
This is due to the busy schedule, with the later start date allowing for 89 clear days of recovery from the end of last term and 33 days of recovery after the World Cup final.
The final day of the 26/27 season will be Sunday, May 30, 2027.
In total, the upcoming Premier League season will consist of 33 weekends and five midweek rounds of fixtures.
talkSPORT will, of course, be bringing you live commentary of top-flight fixtures throughout the campaign.

When will EFL fixtures be released?
Away from the Premier League, fixtures in the EFL will also be revealed very soon.
Championship, League One and League Two schedules will be confirmed on Thursday, June 25 at 12pm.
Their opening weekend is set for August 14-16, which is the week before the top-flight gets going.
Before the EFL starts though, the Carabao Cup will begin.
The first round of the competition will be played on August 7-9.
