La decisión no solo ha desatado una enorme tormenta por las repercusiones políticas y jurídicas que implica, sino también por la extravagante argumentación que, de nuevo, utiliza en su dictamen, hasta el punto de que ha provocado una reunión de urgencia este lunes del Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ) para estudiar posibles medidas disciplinarias.
