More teams than we would like have either had nothing to play for or have been able to settle for mutually convenient results in their third and final group games.
But Cape Verde and Saudi Arabia both have very good reason to go for the win when they meet in their last Group H match. Saudi Arabia have to win, and Cape Verde will know a draw might not be enough unless Spain beat Uruguay in the other game.

The game is set to kick off at 7pm local time (1am UK time) at Houston’s NRG Stadium, with ITV4 set to broadcast the game in the UK, with coverage slated to start at 12:15am.
When ITV have previously had two kick-offs to deal with at the same time this summer, they have broadcast the same build-up for both games across ITV1 and ITV4.
That is once again the case here, with Laura Woods on lead presenter duty.

To complete the line up is Juan Mata. He spent 11 years playing in England before heading to Turkey, Japan and Australia. He was part of the Spain side that won the World Cup in 2010 and Euro 2012, so knows a thing or two about navigating these tournaments
