Gabriel Magalhaes injury worry for Arsenal ahead of Crystal Palace clash

Arsenal could be without key defender Gabriel Magalhaes for their Premier League clash against Crystal Palace after he picked up a knock in training.

The Brazilian centre-back is believed to be undergoing further assessment ahead of the game, with Mikel Arteta unsure whether he will be fit in time.

Gabriel has been a crucial part of Arsenal’s backline this season, forming a strong partnership with William Saliba. His absence would be a major blow as the Gunners look to maintain their strong form and keep pace in the title race.

If Gabriel is ruled out, Arteta may turn to Jakub Kiwior or Ben White to fill the gap, while Takehiro Tomiyasu could also be shifted into central defence if needed.

Arsenal will be hoping for positive news on Gabriel’s fitness as they prepare for another important league encounter.
