Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso has heaped praise on Kylian Mbappe for his incredible form this season, as the French star continues to dominate both LaLiga and the Champions League scoring charts ahead of their clash with Juventus.

Mbappe, who joined Real Madrid from Paris Saint-Germain last season, has been in unstoppable form, scoring 10 goals in nine LaLiga matches and five in just two Champions League appearances. The 26-year-old has also added three goals for the French national team this term, underlining his status as one of world football’s most lethal forwards.

Speaking ahead of Wednesday’s fixture at the Santiago Bernabeu, Alonso commended Mbappe’s consistency and impact since arriving in Madrid, noting how his professionalism and hunger for goals have elevated the entire squad.

Real Madrid will be hoping Mbappe can continue his sensational run when they host Juventus, as they aim to maintain their unbeaten streak in Europe this season.
