Liverpool Press Conference Cancelled Ahead of Frankfurt Clash

Liverpool head coach Arne Slot was scheduled to address the media at Deutsche Bank Park on Tuesday evening ahead of Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League clash with Eintracht Frankfurt.

However, the press conference was cancelled due to a travel delay affecting Slot and members of his squad. According to a club statement, technical issues with the aircraft disrupted the Reds’ scheduled flight to Frankfurt, preventing the pre-match briefing from taking place.

The match is still expected to go ahead as planned, with Liverpool eager to end their losing streak. The team’s last victory came on September 23 in the Carabao Cup against Southampton. Since then, they have suffered defeats to Crystal Palace, Galatasaray, Chelsea, and Manchester United.

Slot and his players will be looking to bounce back and secure an important result in Germany.
