Man City vs Everton Preview: Tips, Odds, and Betting Predictions

Manchester City host Everton at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday in a crucial Premier League clash. Pep Guardiola’s side will be looking to extend their impressive form, having gone unbeaten in their last seven matches, which includes five victories, four clean sheets, and 16 goals scored.

City have been quietly consistent, averaging more points per game than any other Premier League side in 2025. They are also the league’s top scorers this calendar year with 55 goals, sharing the joint-most wins with Liverpool. Historically, Manchester City have dominated Everton, remaining unbeaten in their last 16 Premier League encounters (W13 D3).

Erling Haaland will also benefit from extra rest after being sent home early from international duty with Norway, giving City an added boost ahead of a busy schedule.

Everton arrive off the back of a 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace before the international break, leaving them eighth in the table with 11 points from seven games. They have also won four of their last seven away league matches, showing some encouraging form on the road.

However, the Toffees will be without Jack Grealish, who is ineligible to face his parent club. Manager David Moyes has struggled historically against Guardiola’s teams, losing each of his last eight Premier League away games to City and 13 of the 17 overall matches against Guardiola’s sides, winning just once.
