Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappé has moved up to sixth place in the UEFA Champions League all-time top scorers chart, joining Bayern Munich legend Thomas Müller with 57 goals.

The Frenchman reached this milestone after scoring a brace in Real Madrid’s 2-1 victory over Marseille at the Santiago Bernabéu on Tuesday.

Before the clash with the French side, Mbappé had netted 55 Champions League goals. The 26-year-old now sits just behind football greats Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Robert Lewandowski, Karim Benzema, and Raul Gonzalez.

Ronaldo still leads the chart with 140 goals, followed by Messi (129), Lewandowski (105), Benzema (90), Raul (71), and then Mbappé and Müller, both tied on 57 goals.
