Former Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay could be on his way back to the Premier League after struggling to settle in Italy.
The Scotland international joined Lazio last summer in search of regular football, but things haven’t gone as planned. McTominay has found himself in and out of the team, failing to make a major impact under manager Maurizio Sarri.
Now, several Premier League clubs are reportedly monitoring his situation ahead of the January transfer window, with a potential move back to England on the cards.
McTominay, 28, spent over a decade at Manchester United, making more than 200 appearances before his move abroad. Known for his work rate and ability to score crucial goals, the midfielder could offer valuable experience to mid-table sides seeking leadership and drive in midfield.
A return to familiar territory could reignite his career — especially after a frustrating stint in Serie A where he has managed just one goal this season.
Possible Destinations: Fulham, West Ham, and Everton are believed to be among the early contenders for his signature.
