It’s still unclear who the New York Jets will take with the No. 2 overall selection at the 2026 NFL Draft.
It’s already a foregone conclusion that the Las Vegas Raiders will take Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza with the top selection. At second overall, will it be Ohio State linebacker Arvell Reese or Texas Tech edge defender David Bailey?
As for The Athletic’s lead NFL drat analyst Dane Brugler, he is leaning toward Reese for Gang Green.
“All the different things you can do with Arvell Reese,” Brugler said.
Brugler believes what head coach Aaron Glenn wants aligns with what Reese can bring to the table: Versatility.
Brugler’s full thoughts can be found in the clip below:
The Jets are widely believed to be choosing between David Bailey and Arvell Reese at 2.
