2026 NFL trade value chart: How much is each draft pick worth?

It wouldn’t be a draft without trades. Those deals before and during the draft are a big part of what makes the event so exciting, as teams swap picks to select players they covet.

Teams have their own ways of valuing draft picks but as a general baseline, the Rich Hill Model of the trade value chart gives fans a way to see how much each selection is worth when it comes to making trades. The Los Angeles Rams have seven total picks across the seven rounds, though none of those picks fall in the fourth or fifth rounds.

Here’s a look at the complete 2026 pick order, as well as the point value of each selection from No. 1 to 257.

2026 trade value chart

2026 NFL Draft trade value chart

Rams draft pick values

  • Round 1, No. 13: 336 points
  • Round 2, No. 61: 86 points
  • Round 3, No. 93: 42 points
  • Round 6, No. 207: 4 points
  • Round 7, No. 232: 3 points
  • Round 7, No. 251: 1 point
  • Round 7, No. 252: 1 point

It’s easy to see how steeply the Rams’ allotment of picks drops off after the third round. Having no fourth- or fifth-rounders, they go from having three top-100 picks to four picks outside the top 200. That’s partly the result of trading for Trent McDuffie, which cost the Rams a first, fourth and fifth this year, as well as a third next year.

Trade-up scenarios

Here are four potential trade-up scenarios for the Rams that make sense based on the trade value chart.

Trade with Titans for No. 4

  • Rams trade: No. 13 + 2027 first-round pick
  • Titans trade: No. 4

Trade with Browns for No. 6

  • Rams trade: Nos. 13 + 61 + 93 (464 points)
  • Browns trade: Nos. 6 + 146 (459 points)

Trade with Commanders for No. 7

  • Rams trade: Nos. 13 + 61 (422 points)
  • Commanders trade: No. 7 (426 points)

Trade with Giants for No. 10

  • Rams trade: Nos. 13 + 93 (378 points)
  • Giants trade: Nos. 10 + 189 (376 points)
