With their third-round selection in the 2026 NFL Draft, the Los Angeles Rams picked offensive lineman Keagen Trost out of the University of Missouri. SEC tested, a first-team All-SEC and first-team All-American, there’s a lot to love with the 25-year-old Trost.
The Rams are confident that if Trost has to play, he will be able to operate every position along the offensive line. Considering the injury history within the Rams’ starting five, their constant rotating and the lack of a deal for four of their five starters past this season, Trost fills a lot of holes instantly.
Perhaps that’s why Les Snead and Sean McVay were happy to get him on board, as captured on his introductory phone call.

An emotional day for Trost and his family, his selection marks the end of a seven-year journey. Trost began his collegiate career playing for Morgan State in 2019, before stops at Indiana State and Wake Forest set up his monster year with Missouri.
