Who Dabo Swinney, Clemson are hosting on recruiting visit weekend for 2027 class

CLEMSON — Clemson football eyes more talent for the Tigers’ 2027 recruiting class.

Dabo Swinney‘s class ranks No. 7 nationally (second in the ACC), according to the 247Sports Composite, with 22 commits, including 12 four-star players and nine three-stars.

Clemson‘s 2027 class rose into the top 10 rankings after landing 15 commits from May 18 through June 2 with recruits committing before, during and after the Tigers’ big visit weekend on May 29.

Prior to this surge, Clemson ranked outside the 20s, putting the Tigers in jeopardy of finishing in the 20s for the third straight season.

Clemson has another official recruiting visit weekend starting June 12 that will feature notable recruits but will be smaller than the May 29 weekend.

Coming off a 7-6 record in 2025, the second-worst season under Swinney, here are other notable recruits Clemson is pursuing.

According to 247Sports, here is everyone who is visiting Clemson on June 12-14.

Seth Tillman, DT

Tillman attends South Pointe High School in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The four-star defensive tackle is the No. 15 DT overall, No. 123 player nationally and No. 3 recruit in the state. He visited Clemson in March, and he is considering South Carolina, Georgia and Michigan.

Segun Alexander, DT

Alexander attends Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Georgia) High School. The three-star defensive tackle is the No. 62 player in the state and No. 502 recruit nationally. He is considering Clemson, Cal, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt and Notre Dame.

Raymond Hudson, LB

Hudson is a three-star recruit who attends Varina High School in Richmond, Virginia. He is considering Clemson and Maryland and plans to announce his commitment on June 19.

Jayden Aparicio-Bailey, S

Aparicio-Bailey, a four-star safety, attends Prattville (Alabama) High School. He is the No. 134 player nationally, the No. 9 safety overall and No. 6 recruit in the state. He visited Clemson on May 29 and is considering Georgia, Auburn, South Carolina and Ohio State.

Nate Carson, OL

The 6-4, 270-pound offensive tackle is a four-star player. Carson is the No. 5 player in South Carolina, attending Irmo High School in Columbia, and the No. 23 tackle nationally. He visited Clemson on May 29 and is considering Texas A&M, Tennessee and South Carolina. He will announce his commitment on July 3.

Roman Igwebuike, LB

Igwebuike is a four-star linebacker who attends Mount Carmel High School in Chicago. He is the No. 8 player in Illinois, No. 13 linebacker and No. 149 recruit nationally. He visited Clemson on May 29 and is considering Indiana, Missouri, Notre Dame and Tennessee.

Sean Fox, LB

The four-star linebacker attends Warren Central High School in Indianapolis. He is the No. 4 player in Indiana, No. 24 linebacker and No. 299 recruit nationally. He visited Clemson on May 29 and is considering Georgia, Kentucky and Notre Dame.
