Tennessee football offers 2028 four-star linebacker from Ohio

Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2028 football signing class. The Vols offered a scholarship to four-star linebacker Judah Blair.

“The University of Tennessee offered,” he announced.

The 6-foot-1, 200-pound prospect is from Lakota West High School in West Chester, Ohio. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 4 linebacker in the class and No. 3 player from Ohio.

Maryland was the first school to offer Blair a scholarship on May 2, 2025. Other schools to offer him scholarships include Howard, Purdue, Miami University, Pittsburgh, Toledo, Oregon, Southern Miss, Texas A&M, Indiana, Cincinnati, Sacramento State, Liberty, North Carolina, Bowling Green, Nebraska, Michigan and North Carolina State.

Tennessee does not have a commitment in its 2028 football recruiting class. The Vols have six commitments in their 2027 football recruiting class: linebacker JP Peace, offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo, defensive lineman Kadin Fife, quarterback Derrick Baker, athlete Jaden Butler and wide receiver KeSean Bowman.
