The last two winners of the Livingston Daily Athlete of the Week have been Pinckney girls track and field athletes, distance runner Jaelyn Ray and hurdler Davea Crowe. Another member of the team is on the ballot this week.

Aden Bailey, Brighton baseball: Bailey was 6-for-11 with a home run, triple and nine RBIs in the Lee Shelander Classic.
Emily Clark, Pinckney track and field: Clark won pole vault with a leap of 9 feet, 9 inches and was on three state-qualifying relays to help the Pirates win their second straight regional championship.
Lauren Hammond, Charyl Stockwell track and field: Hammond had a huge day while leading the Sentinels to a regional championship. She won the 100 in 12.69 and the 200 in 26.19, while anchoring the 4×100 relay team to a first-place finish and the 4×200 relay to a fourth-place showing.
Juliet Lewis, Brighton track and field: Lewis won the 800-meter run at regionals, anchored Brighton to a Livingston County record in the 3,200 relay and helped the Bulldogs qualify in the 1,600 relay.
Leighton Scott, Howell softball: Scott was 9-for-12 with two triples and four doubles for Howell during the Michigan Challenge.
