SEC baseball tournament first-round score predictions

The Southeastern Conference baseball tournament will begin Tuesday with the first round at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium in Hoover, Alabama.

Four games will be contested Tuesday, including No. 10 seed Tennessee (37-19, 15-15 SEC).

Tennessee will face No. 15 seed South Carolina (22-34, 7-23 SEC) in the first round. First pitch between the Vols and Gamecocks is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. EDT and SEC Network will televise the matchup.

The Tennessee-South Carolina winner will advance to the second round on Wednesday against No. 7 seed Arkansas (36-19, 17-13 SEC). First pitch is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. EDT (SEC Network).

The 2026 SEC Tournament will feature a strike zone challenge system. The system will allow for balls and strikes to be challenged on an experimental basis for each game of the tournament, similar to the process implemented in MLB this season.

Game 2: No. 12 Vanderbilt 8, No. 13 Kentucky 3 (2 p.m. EDT, SEC Network)

Game 3: No. 10 Tennessee 8, No. 15 South Carolina 4 (5:30 p.m. EDT, SEC Network)

Game 4: No. 14 LSU 6, No. 11 Oklahoma 5 (9 p.m. EDT, SEC Network)
