Mark Andrews has already established himself as one of the best tight ends in the NFL, but offensive coordinator Declan Doyle said his work habits continue to stand out. When discussing Baltimore’s tight end room, Doyle pointed to Andrews as an example for younger players.
“If he’s not our hardest worker on offense, he’s one of the hardest workers on offense,” Doyle said.
Doyle noted that Andrews continues looking for ways to improve despite his success.
“He’s a guy that’s been in the league for quite some time, and he’s still looking to refine his game,” Doyle said. “So, that’s something that you appreciate.”
Doyle also praised Durham Smythe and rookie tight ends Matt Hibner and Josh Cuevas, saying both young players have handled the learning process well.
With Andrews leading the room, the Ravens believe they have a strong group in place heading into training camp.
