La Audiencia Provincial de Badajoz no ha rehuido el debate público y ha recogido en su sentencia dos de las conductas que han marcado la causa por la que David Sánchez, el hermano del presidente del Gobierno, Pedro Sánchez, ha sido condenado a nueve años de inhabilitación por prevaricación administrativa. Los magistrados hablan abiertamente de “nepotismo” y “absentismo”, dos prácticas que tachan de “éticamente censurables” pero que aclaran que no siempre merecen reproche legal. De hecho, la segunda ni siquiera es delito, subrayan.
