Muchos ojos estarán fijos este jueves, a las diez de la mañana, en la Sala de Vistas del Tribunal de Justicia de la UE en Luxemburgo, donde se dará lectura pública a dos sentencias que muy probablemente van a marcar los próximos pasos de la justicia española en torno a la ley de amnistía. Los jueces del alto tribunal europeo deben pronunciarse sobre si la normativa, en vigor desde hace dos años, choca contra los intereses financieros de la UE y si es contraria o no al derecho comunitario en materia de terrorismo.
