Barcelona have reportedly made a first offer to Atletico Madrid for Julian Alvarez
Fabrizio Romano says Barcelona have offered 100 million euros for the Argentina international.
The bid is unlikely to be welcomed by Diego Simeone’s side who have made it clear that the forward is not for sale and that they are not happy with the constant speculation regarding a potential move to Camp Nou.
Yet after agreeing a deal for Newcastle’s Anthony Gordon, Barcelona appear determined to try and land Alvarez and are reportedly confident he wants to leave Atletico for Hansi Flick’s side this summer
RAC1 are also reporting Barca have €120m to spend on Alvarez but don’t want to pay more than €100m. Atletico reportedly won’t sell for less than €150m.
