Roma will have to sacrifice a big name in the next summer transfer window to make the capital gains required by UEFA.

The Giallorossi have determined that there are few untouchables: Donyell Malen is certainly among them. Evan Ndicka is more likely to be sold than others, also because he arrived on a free transfer.

Gianluca Di Marzio revealed to Tuttomercatoweb that the Ivorian center-back’s future is tied to that of Alessandro Bastoni: “The Barcelona option for the Inter defender is rather complicated due to the Nerazzurri’s high demands and Barcelona’s willingness to invest.”

Di Marzio then explained that Barcelona could turn their attention to Ndicka: “The Blaugrana could still target Italy: the path leading to Roma’s Ndicka, who is certainly cheaper than Bastoni, is worth keeping an eye on.”

La Liga could therefore be the next destination for some Giallorossi. In fact, not only is Hansi Flick’s team pursuing a Roma player, but also Simeone’s Atlético Madrid, who have shown interest in Matias Soulé. The summer transfer window will undoubtedly be lively.
