It might not be long before we find out where wide receiver Stefon Diggs lands.

Diggs was recently found not guilty on assault and strangulation charges against him, which removes the cloud of uncertainty that was hanging over his head.

When asked for his two cents on where Diggs might land, Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer named the Kansas City Chiefs, Washington Commanders, Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Rams as potential landing spots.

“The Chiefs could make sense. The Commanders might, too, since Diggs is from D.C. The Falcons and Rams would also be interesting landing spots,” Breer said.

Diggs is up there in age as he prepares to turn 33 in November, but he showed he can still make a big impact after another 1,000-yard season in 2025.

The Rams are the least in need of a wide receiver out of those teams considering they have Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, but never rule the Rams out of anything because of Les Snead’s knack for pulling off big moves.

The Falcons do need an adequate No. 2 target across from Drake London. As of right now, Zachariah Branch, Jahan Dotson and Olamide Zaccheaus are the top options for that job, but Branch is unproven and the two veterans are No. 3 receivers, at best.

In Washington, the Commanders are also looking for a better No. 2 option to play opposite Terry McLaurin.

Even if Washington eventually lands Brandon Aiyuk like everyone expects them to once he is cut by the San Francisco 49ers, that won’t be sufficient, as Aiyuk didn’t play a single snap in 2025 and remains a total wild card.

The Chiefs also have a dire need at wide receiver.

Kansas City’s wide receivers room is led by Rashee Rice and Xavier Worthy, but Worthy was very disappointing last season. Kansas City also lost Hollywood Brown in free agency, so the depth is lacking in that position group, too.

If Diggs wants to win a Super Bowl, going to Los Angeles is his best bet.

But if he wants a more significant role, the Falcons, Commanders and Chiefs all offer a better opportunity than Los Angeles does.
