Dolphins’ Jeff Hafley shows off coaching style in OTAs mic’d up video

The Miami Dolphins decided to fire head coach Mike McDaniel after the 2025 season and brought in former Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley to run the show.

While Hafley has head coaching experience running the Boston College Eagles, this is his first shot leading a team at the professional level, which comes with different challenges.

After finishing up the NFL draft at the end of last month, the Dolphins held their first organized team activities earlier this week, and while fans aren’t allowed to attend, the team did everyone a favor a shared a mic’d up video of Hafley at one of the sessions.

This was a great opportunity for Dolphins fans to see what their new coach is like on the field and get a feel for his coaching style. None of it really matters to them until Week 1, but these sessions are building blocks to success.
