It is June 2nd. As in, post-June 1st.

As a result, the Miami Dolphins have seen an influx of $21 million (plus) to their cap space. With that extra pocket change, the team signed 10 of their 13 rookies from the 2026 NFL Draft. The only rookies left unsigned include both first round picks — offensive lineman Kadyn Proctor and cornerback Chris Johnson — and fifth round tight end, Seydou Traore.

Linebacker Jacob Rodriguez (2nd round), wide receivers Caleb Douglas and Chris Bell (3rd round), tight end Will Kacmarek (3rd round), EDGE Trey Moore (fourth round), linebacker Kyle Louis (4th round), safety Michael Taaffe (5th round), wide receiver Kevin Coleman Jr. (5th round), guard DJ Campbell (6th round) and EDGE Max Llewellyn (7th) have all agreed to terms with the Dolphins.

When Proctor eventually signs with the club, his $26.12 million contract will be fully guaranteed. Chris Johnson’s $19.04 million deal will also be guaranteed at signing. Traore’s contract — not fully guaranteed — will be worth $4,624,478 over four years.

We will continue to keep you updated on all things Miami Dolphins as the team progresses through mandatory minicamp this week and prepares for next week’s OTA practices.
