Dragons have signed Samoa scrum-half Ere Enari from Super Rugby Pacific (SRP) table-toppers Hurricanes for 2026-27.

The 28-year-old helped Crusaders win five consecutive SRP titles and has also played for Moana Pasifika while making 57 appearances in the competition.

Dragons head coach Filo Tiatia said: “Ere will be determined to make a big impression in a new competition as he competes with the likes of Che Hope and Rhodri Williams. He’ll also be keen to help our academy players and the next generation of talent we have coming through.”

Enari said: “After 10 years of Provincial and Super Rugby in New Zealand, my wife and I are looking forward to stepping into a new season in Wales. There are some familiar faces there which will be awesome, but we also can’t wait to make new connections with teammates, partners and the Dragons supporters.”

Dragons have not revealed the duration of Enari’s contract.
