El Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea (TJUE) ha avalado este jueves ampliamente la ley de amnistía en lo que respecta al derecho comunitario, al considerar que la normativa ni choca contra los intereses financieros de la Unión Europea ni es contraria tampoco a la directiva en materia de terrorismo.
