El tribunal comercial de Estados Unidos ha dictaminado este jueves que los aranceles universales del 10% que el presidente de Estados Unidos aprobó el pasado febrero, tras la sentencia del Tribunal Supremo que anuló los aranceles recíprocos, también son ilegales.
