Campbell spent the first four seasons of his NFL career with the Indianapolis Colts before signing with the Giants as a free agent in 2023. In his lone season in New York, he recorded just 104 yards on 20 receptions and was unable to secure a meaningful role on the offense, appearing in 12 games.
Campbell then spent the final two years of his career with the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys before retiring this offseason. He was viewed as a low-risk, high-reward signing by the Giants in 2023, but injuries and inconsistency prevented him from making a significant impact.
Originally a second-round pick by Indianapolis in the 2019 NFL Draft, Campbell showed flashes of his potential during his early years in the league. However, a series of injuries in the latter part of his seven-year career played a major role in his decision to retire.
While Campbell struggled in his brief time with the Giants, he had a solid NFL career overall.
