Enzo Fernandez is one of the names mentioned internally at Manchester City if they can’t agree a deal for Elliot Anderson according to Fabrizio Romano.

With Xabi Alonso confirmed as manager, the Blues now face a critical summer in the transfer market with both incomings and outgoings.
Chelsea are said to be in the market for a centre back, whilst it’s thought they want to add another midfielder and attacker to their ranks.
Enzo Fernandez an option for Manchester City
Alonso is believed to have a say in transfers, and it’ll be interesting which players he looks to bring in, and those he wants to move on.
One of the biggest decisions he’ll have to make is on the future of Fernandez, who’s been linked with both Real Madrid and Man City.
It’s been reported Sunday’s game against Sunderland could be the last for Fernandez in a Chelsea shirt, and Alonso is believed to have made it clear he only wants players who are 100% committed.
Fernandez has had another good season, with 15 goals in all competitions, ten of which have come in the league, whilst he’s registered seven assists in total.
It’s been reported former Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca is driving City’s interest in Fernandez, and Romano has now provided an update.
“Enzo Fernandez is one of the names mentioned internally at Manchester City should they not be able to agree a fee for Elliot Anderson who will be very expensive,” he told his YouTube channel.
