Good morning BBN!

The transfer portal and offseason roster building are still in full swing despite some recent misses for the Kentucky Wildcats and Mark Pope. The recruiting will kick back off on campus today as the Cats host several transfers as they look to fill out their roster.

In Lexington today will be James Madison transfer forward Justin McBride and USC transfer center Gabe Dynes. The frontcourt is the part of the roster that needs quite a few bodies, and both of these players fit the mold of what the team needs.

Although neither is considered a superstar, the Cats need to find value and potential high-level role players at the moment. Could McBride and Dynes be just that? We will likely have a better picture of how the roster will be filled out after these visits wrap up today.

Can Mark Pope and his staff close on a few of their targets left on their initial big board? Let’s hope so.
