The New York Knicks are one win away from ending a 27-year wait for an NBA Finals appearance as they visit the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals Monday night in Cleveland.

New York carries a commanding 3-0 series lead after a 121-108 win in Game 3, continuing a dominant playoff run that has now reached 10 consecutive victories. The Knicks have looked sharp on both ends of the floor, averaging 122.2 points over their last 10 games while holding opponents under 100 points per contest.

Jalen Brunson continues to lead the charge for New York. The All-Star guard scored 30 points in Sunday’s win and has set the tone throughout the postseason with his scoring and playmaking. OG Anunoby and the rest of the Knicks’ starting group have provided consistent two-way production, turning New York into one of the league’s best playoff teams.

Cleveland will try to extend its season behind Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley, who scored 24 points in Game 3. Kenny Atkinson said the Cavaliers believe they’ve played better than the results suggest in stretches of the series, but missed shots and bad execution have been costly.

Now the Knicks stand one victory from returning to the NBA Finals. Cleveland faces elimination on its home floor with no margin left for error.
