The Toronto Maple Leafs are making a change after the team failed to make the playoffs this season. The Leafs fired head coach Craig Berube after the team turned in a disappointing 2025-26 campaign.
The Leafs went just 32-36, finishing in eighth in the Atlantic Division and missing the playoffs for the first time since 2016.
Team general manager John Chayka confirmed the news in a statement:
