NFL announced the 2026 rookie minicamp dates for Philadelphia Eagles

After drafting eight players and signing undrafted free agents, the NFL revealed that Philadelphia will hold rookie minicamp on May 1-2.

Phase One consists of the first two weeks of the program, with activities limited to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation. The draft is over, and Eagles GM Howie Roseman must be commended for his athletic and versatile collection of football players. In this draft, Philadelphia again focused on big-game experience, upside leadership, and potential on the backend. Further signifying a change is coming at wide receiver, Philadelphia traded up to add Makai Lemon, all but officially signaling the end of the A.J. Brown era.

Most insiders have rated the Eagles highly, and according to Kent Lee Platte of RAS.com, Philadelphia had one of the most explosive classes in the draft. RAS (Relative Athletic Score) measures a player’s athletic test results relative to size and historical results. With the first five picks, Roseman made slight overhauls to Sean Mannion’s unit by adding five talented, versatile offensive players to the roster. The first two picks are future stars and likely 2025 starters, while all five players offer elite skill sets and the potential to develop into critical starters.
