NORMAN — Oklahoma baseball is projected to be firmly in the NCAA Tournament field ahead of selection day.
Following their 6-2 loss to LSU in the SEC Tournament, the Sooners are viewed as a No. 2 or No. 3 seed in the field. OU was in play to host regional games before dropping its final four SEC series during the regular season.
Entering conference tournament week, the Sooners ranked No. 21 nationally in RPI.
