Ousmane Dembele channeled his inter Gavi after helping to inspire Paris Saint-Germain to victory over Bayern Munich in the Champions League semi-finals.
The former Barcelona star scored the opener at Allianz Arena as Luis Enrique’s side drew 1-1 on the night and progressed 6-5 on aggregate.
After the match, Dembele raised a few eyebrows by posting a video of Gavi talking at a press conference on Instagram.
And what was Gavi talking about? It was the moment he hit back at his critics, saying: “A lot of people think I don’t know how to play football, and they don’t have a f***ing clue! It’s understandable; everyone thinks what they want, and that’s fine,” he told reporters.
It was a surprise reaction from Dembele but a clear message from the Frenchman who shared a close relationship with Gavi during his time at Barca.
PSG now head for a final against Arsenal where they will be hoping to retain their title they won last season by beating Inter.
