Ravens to host L.I.F.T. conference for young female leaders

Ravens to Host 11th Annual L.I.F.T. Conference

The Baltimore Ravens are continuing to make an impact off the field, hosting the 11th Annual L.I.F.T. (Leading and Inspiring Females to Thrive) Conference on Friday, May 8, at the Under Armour Performance Center.

The event brings together 170 Maryland high school female student-athletes who have been identified as leaders within their programs—many without the title. Designed to build leadership skills beyond sports, the conference focuses on communication, accountability, and decision-making through interactive sessions led by Ravens staff.

Defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver and NFL Media reporter Sherree Burruss headline the day as guest speakers, offering insight into leadership and navigating careers in sports. Participants will also take part in a football-themed workout led by Kaelyn Buskey and hear from Sarah Snyder on the importance of nutrition.

The day wraps up with a college-athlete panel, giving attendees a look at what it takes to succeed at the next level—both on and off the field.
