El portavoz de ERC en el Congreso, Gabriel Rufián, ha preguntado en la sesión de control al Gobierno sobre la imputación del expresidente José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero: “¿Dónde acaba el lobismo y empieza el tráfico de influencias? Si esto es verdad, es una mierda”. Rufián ha asegurado que “esto no existiría si Zapatero no fuera un enorme activo electoral para la izquierda”, para apuntar después que existe “una cacería judicial” y que “Felipe, Aznar y Rajoy se lo merecen mucho más”.
