Taylor Gardner, a goalkeeper who spent the last two seasons at Grand Canyon University, committed to Iowa State’s soccer program, she announced on Monday.
The 5-foot-9 Gardner appeared in three matches in 2025. She tallied five saves on 13 shots faced and conceded a goal.
A native of St. Louis, Gardner attended Whitfield High School where she was a four year starter and three time All-State Goalkeeper of the Year. Whitfield won the state championship, 3-0, over St. Pius X (Festus) in 2022.
With St. Louis Scott Gallagher in the Elite Club National League, she tallied a pair of national titles.
