UFC Fight Night 278 broadcast team set: New announcer, roving reporter debut

The UFC opens its June schedule on Saturday with UFC Fight Night 278, which goes down at Meta APEX in Las Vegas.

As always, some marquee on-air talent will be in “Sin City” to help guide viewers through the experience.

Details of who will be working as commentators and analysts for the show have been acquired by MMA Junkie through a person with knowledge of the plans – and you can see the scheduled broadcast team below.

The entire UFC Fight Night 278 card streams on Paramount+ in the U.S.

The main card lineup is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. ET following prelims slated to start at 5 p.m. ET.

UFC Fight Night 278 desk analysts

John Schriffen serves as desk anchor and host at UFC Fight Night 278.

UFC Hall of Famer Rashad Evans and one-time UFC title challenger Anthony Smith fill the analyst roles throughout the event and on the post-fight show.

UFC Fight Night 278 roving reporter

UFC correspondent Morgan Werth will conduct pre- and post-fight interviews backstage with some of the athletes on the UFC Fight Night 278 card, as well as report additional real-time updates for the event.

It will mark Werth’s debut on a UFC broadcast after previously working “Road to UFC” and UFC BJJ events.
