The UW-Milwaukee and Auburn baseball teams played a NCAA Tournament regional final into the wee hours of June 1.
The teams are hoping to avoid that again, but the weather in Auburn, Alabama, is not cooperating.
Another weather delay in Auburn NCAA baseball regional
The winner-take-all “Game 7” on June 2 for a spot in the super regionals was supposed to start at 5 p.m. But with heavy storms rolling through the area, the first pitch has been pushed back to 8 p.m.
The game will still be televised on ESPNU.

This will be the third time in four days that the fourth-seeded Panthers and top-seeded Tigers have played. UWM opened the tournament with a 13-8 upset on May 29, then Auburn got late-night payback with an 8-1 victory on May 31 to set up the finale.
