With the 2026 playoffs in full swing for high school spring sports, we are going to take a look at those softball players who were the driving force behind their teams’ success during the regular season and vote for the 2026 Standard-Times Regular Season Softball Player of the Year.
This poll features athletes from nine different high schools — Apponequet, Bishop Stang, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, GNB Voc-Tech, New Bedford, Old Colony, Old Rochester and Wareham.
